Product Design Lead

Wayfair, Berlin
- Lead and oversee the supplier’s inventory experience.
- Lead, and coach junior designers.
- Collaborate with several teams and designers to consolidate the design experience all over the suppliers‘ platform, focused on scalability and reusability.
- Plan and conduct research efforts with suppliers to unveil new design approaches and iterate current ones.
- Contribute to improving the cross-team collaboration design processes embracing agile methodologies.
UX Design Lead

Muquo Gamification Startup, Remote
- Redesigned the UX of an online learning brand.
- Responsible for communicating with clients on user interviews and user tests.
- Identified and reduced clients’ pain points and improved the average time spent on tasks within the user flows.
- Produced different fidelity prototypes and collaborated with the development team to implement them.

- Headed two design projects from scratch, re-designed a digital study platform and coached small companies to improve their branding, digital and offline products.
UX Design Lead

- Controlled the digital design, training and coordinating new designers and projects. Working with the CEO and POs to improved the work flow.
- Decreased investment and time of production on digital products by introducing techniques as competitive analysis, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, UI, frontend development and story telling, among others.
- Planned the maintenance of e-commerce websites and headed the implementation of measurement tools, which let us identify usability problems and improve UX, engagement and sales.
- Reduced time on production to different clients by conducting several design sprints to find a solution to their product’s design problems.
- Developed brandings and assisted in the design of SSMM content, direct marketing, offline displays, and book layout, creating a brand image which increased recognition, engagement and sales.
Interactive designer

Shackleton Creative Agency, Madrid
- Developed several digital designs based on research and concepts provided by the creative department for brands like Desperados, Financial Services Carrefour or Abanca, among others.
- Reduced production investment by building wireframes, information architecture and UI of landing pages and e-commerce websites.
- Trained and co-coordinated two designers.
- Executed illustrations, animations and designs for social media campaigns, banners and newsletters, as well as frontend code of these and landing pages.

- Conceptualized creative campaigns for social media, working with copyrighters and developers in an agile environment. For brands such as Mahou, Coca-cola, and Frenadol.
- Produced the concept-application to: SSMM, banners, landing pages, animations, and campaign apps among others. Improving their Brand Identity.

- Promoted from Graphic Designer to Art Director after working with the CEO on coaching clients and improve their satisfaction.
- Operated branding and re-styling of gastronomic and cosmetic companies and art exhibitions, based on competitive and user analysis.
- Controlled the creation of graphic lines and their application to achieve a strong corporate identity in all the applications by training and guiding a team of two designers.

5 days intensive and practical course. I built proficiency in the Design Sprint framework based on design thinking. I went through the five phases to solve a real problem in the most efficient way.
